Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a Groups & Events Executive to support planning, coordination, and successful execution of group bookings and events. You will manage client inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.

Beyond delivering memorable guest experiences, you will build strong relationships with clients and business partners, identify new business opportunities, contribute to revenue growth, and monitor market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of group bookings and events.
