Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, is seeking a Waiter for Noia, the Greek Restaurant. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every moment meets our luxury standards.

The role requires knowledge of fine dining, strong English communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting at a premier Dubai location.

Qualifications

• High school qualification preferred; a diploma in Hospitality/Business is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress in luxury dining environments.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS and cashiering systems.
• Proficient English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, and ability to maintain service flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Greek menu and ingredients to assist guests.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders with attention to dietary needs.
• Provide personalized, attentive service to uphold brand standards.
• Operate POS and process payments accurately.
• Set and clear tables, manage multiple tables, maintain a clean dining space.
• Support upselling and collaborate across outlets to enhance guest experiences.
