Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai is seeking a Waiter for Noia, the Greek restaurant, to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Based in Dubai, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain brand standards while collaborating with a passionate team to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school qualification preferred; degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in high-volume or luxury dining environments.
• Familiarity with fine dining and casual service standards, as well as restaurant POS and cashiering systems.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Greek menu ingredients and preparation methods to confidently inform and assist guests.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders ensuring prompt service and attention to dietary needs or special requests.
• Provide personalised attentive service throughout the dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
• Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and follow billing and cashiering procedures accurately.
• Set and clear tables to maintain a clean welcoming dining space and manage multiple tables while maintaining service quality.
• Support upselling efforts collaborate across outlets and create memorable guest experiences aligned with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences

Role Responsibilities

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai within Noia - the Greek Restaurant in Dubai the Waiter is responsible to provide exceptional guests dining experience The role includes taking order serving food and beverages while making sure that every aspect of the dining experience meets our standards Waiter reports to the RB amp E Supervisor

As a Waiter you will be responsible for the following duties

As a Waiter, we expect from you
