Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Waiter/ess for the In Room Dining team. You will take and process orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure every dining detail meets high standards in guests' rooms. Report to F&B Supervisor in a luxury hotel environment.

Demonstrated 2+ years as a waiter/waitress, strong English communication, and ability to work flexible shifts will help you excel in this role. Arabic language is a plus; High School qualification preferred, degree advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School qualification or equivalent preferred; higher degree advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as waiter/waitress, preferably in luxury hotel.
• Strong English communication; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Know and upsell In-Room Dining menu; answer questions.
• Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders.
• Ensure timely delivery per guest specs.
• Address dietary needs and allergies.
• Operate POS to process orders and billing.
• Provide attentive, personalized in-room service.
