Job summary

Human One Global seeks an experienced Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team at a prestigious five-star beachfront resort in Dubai.

You will oversee arrivals and departures, own service recovery, and guide the front desk, guest relations and club lounge teams to meet daily goals while maintaining Forbes standards and brand guidelines. Opera PMS experience a plus; GCC exposure welcome.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in Front Office leadership role within a luxury hotel.
• Resort or large scale property experience is a strong advantage; GCC exposure welcome but not essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Opera or a comparable property management system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front office operation on shift, overseeing arrivals, departures and the overall flow of the lobby.
• Act as the senior point of contact for guests, owning service recovery from first mention through to resolution and follow up.
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding the front desk, guest relations and club lounge teams to achieve daily goals and standards.
• Personally manage VIP, returning and long stay guests, ensuring preferences are captured, shared and delivered on.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Security and Food and Beverage to keep the guest journey seamless across departments.
• Maintain accuracy on room inventory, upselling, billing and shift handovers, and support revenue targets through effective upsell activity.
• Uphold brand standards, LQA and Forbes benchmarks, along with all health, safety and fire procedures.
