Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi. This on-site, full-time role requires handling check-ins/check-outs and guest services with a professional, caring approach in a luxury setting.

You will register guests, assign rooms, process payments, and balance cash at the end of each shift while coordinating with housekeeping for late arrivals and early check-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and assist with registration forms.
• Accommodate special requests and upsell rooms and hotel services.
• Handle guest payments and perform cash-handling procedures.
• Balance cash float at end of shift.
• Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping for late check-outs/early check-ins.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain immaculate grooming and professional appearance.
