Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Fluency in Arabic.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty through up-selling
• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate departments
• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail
• Manage Marriott Rewards information and redemption requests
• Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, and typing to support Sales & Marketing
• Promote brand image internally and externally
• Assist management in training and motivating employees

Skills
