Job summary

AimGulf is seeking two female Arabic-speaking Receptionists for a luxury resort in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional front-desk and guest-service support to uphold the resort’s high standards.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, responding to inquiries, coordinating with hotel departments, and maintaining accurate records. Prior experience in hospitality is preferred; accommodation, meals, medical insurance, and visa

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Agent
• Hotel or resort environment experience preferred
• Strong guest-facing communication and service mindset

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests professionally and courteously.
• Manage front-desk enquiries, calls, and guest requests.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures when required.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate reception records and documentation.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and high service standards.
