Confidential in Downtown Dubai, UAE, seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to drive multi-outlet operations and revenue growth for a luxury five-star hotel project. You will lead strategy, elevate guest experiences and oversee teams across restaurants, bars, dining and in-room service.

The ideal candidate has senior F&B leadership in luxury settings, strong financial acumen, and success with pre-openings or transformations, guiding recruitment and service standards in a dynamic Dubai environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Director of F&B / senior multi-outlet leadership experience.
• Experience in luxury / five-star hospitality environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience with hotel pre-openings, repositioning or F&B transformation is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of restaurant, bar, beverage and contemporary dining operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall F&B strategy and operations for the venue.
• Drive revenue, profitability, cost control and budget performance.
• Oversee restaurants, bars, all-day dining, pool operations and in-room dining.
• Develop innovative F&B concepts and elevate guest experiences.
• Lead recruitment, training, team development and succession planning.
• Establish exceptional service standards and operational procedures.
• Partner with hotel leadership to drive commercial performance and guest satisfaction.
