Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a 5-star luxury setting. You will lead and motivate the team to deliver personalized service, greet guests, and ensure seamless service aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, handling guest requests, coordinating with the kitchen and other departments, and assisting with staff training and scheduling to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent Russian and good English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and luxury service standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver personalized service in line with 5-star luxury standards.
• Welcome and interact with guests, with a focus on providing attentive service.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and adherence to hotel standards.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with staff training, briefing, scheduling, and daily operational requirements.
• Support inventory control and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
