• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Romanian, German, Spanish, or Moldovan is an advantage.
• Minimum height of 168-170 cm with a well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Rixos and Accor standards.
• Be flexible and rotate between different outlets or departments as required.
• Understand the full menu offering, including food and beverage pairings, and recommend options to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and surrounding environment at all times.
• Perform opening and closing duties for assigned outlet in accordance with standard procedures.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure prompt follow-up when needed.
• Monitor and minimize wastage, spoilage, and breakage of operational supplies.
• Assist in regular inventory counts of operating equipment and supplies.
• Ensure proper grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene standards are maintained consistently.
• Establish positive relationships with guests and colleagues to promote a friendly dining atmosphere.
• Attend briefings, trainings, and meetings to stay aligned with operational updates.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards at all times.
• Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all work interactions.
