Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles and guest satisfaction.
• Strong English communication skills in speaking, listening and writing.
• Familiarity with restaurant information and promotions.
• Basic computer skills and hotel software such as Micros, Opera and SevenRooms.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to hotel policies and department standards.
• Handle online bookings, emails and phone reservations for restaurant bookings.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell hotel/F&B offerings.
• Review reservations for accuracy and update daily reports.
• Provide guests with hotel facilities information and directions.
• Assist in hosting guests during peak times and special events.
