You will collaborate with outlet teams to optimise bookings and revenue, promote dining options, and ensure guest satisfaction. English is the primary language; additional languages are welcome.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

• Provide daily briefings and keep information current for the F&B team.
