Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Events Sales Manager to lead the sales process for events, generate new business, and manage client relationships. You will prepare proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure events meet client objectives and standards.

Responsibilities include developing tailored proposals, conducting meetings and venue visits, maintaining records, and nurturing ongoing client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage event enquiries and develop suitable proposals based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, corporate contacts, and selected partners.
• Conduct meetings and venue visits in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of events.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and client communications.
• Follow up with clients and guests to encourage continued engagement and future opportunities.
• Support the development of new business through personal networks, referrals, and relationship-building.
• Ensure all communication and service delivery reflect the club’s standards, values, and sense of discretion.
• Assist with event forecasts, reporting, and general commercial administration.
• Remain informed about relevant market trends and opportunities.
