Job summary

You will coordinate with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Rooms, and Finance to ensure seamless event delivery, prepare proposals and contracts, and maximize function-space utilization while building long-term client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in event sales, group coordination, catering sales, or conference services, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven ability to convert enquiries and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive event, meeting, group, and catering sales by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts that reflect client requirements and luxury positioning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Rooms, Finance, Engineering and Security to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage multiple events from enquiry to post-event follow-up and maintain CRM records.
