Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Sales, or Business Administration.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in event sales, group management, catering sales, or conference services, including luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving event revenue targets and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Events Sales team in generating, converting, and managing event and group business while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase banquet and catering revenue and function-space utilization.
• Oversee proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales agreements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, and key accounts for repeat business.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver seamless event and group experiences from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Coach and develop the Events Sales team and foster accountability and client service excellence.
