Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai seeks a proactive MICE and group sales professional to grow the hotel's group and event business across targeted market segments. You will drive revenue through outreach, account development, and strong relationships with corporate clients.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to contract, coordinating with Revenue, Events, Reservations, and operations to ensure seamless handovers and luxury guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years in MICE or luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with sales cycles including proposals, contracting, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new MICE and group business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct proactive sales activities including calls, visits, emails, site inspections, and networking.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, event agencies, travel planners, and intermediaries.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Events, Reservations, and operations for handover of confirmed business.
