Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a highly qualified Wedding & Social Events Sales Manager to drive wedding and social event business from enquiry to execution. This role blends sales, planning, client relationships, and operations to deliver luxury experiences aligned with the property’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–4 years of luxury wedding or social events sales experience.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries and maximize upselling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-event management.
• Proficiency with Opera, Envision, CRM, and hotel sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow weddings, destination weddings, and social events to meet revenue targets.
• Handle enquiries across channels, follow up with personalized recommendations.
• Build relationships with couples, planners, destination wedding specialists, and VIP clients.
• Conduct site inspections, venue presentations, tastings, and planning consultations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts aligned with client needs.
• Maximize revenue through upselling menus, accommodation, and guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Banquets, Reservations, Housekeeping, Spa, and other teams.
• Monitor deposits, payments, profitability, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing on wedding campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain client profiles and event details in CRM systems.
