Job summary

palazzoversacedubai is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to support luxury events in our Dubai venue. You will set up banquet spaces, provide attentive food and beverage service, and ensure impeccable presentation throughout banquets, meetings, and weddings.

You will maintain menu knowledge, respond to guest requests with a smile, and help with clearing and resetting areas after events. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Banquet Server or similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Knowledge of banquet and event service standards and procedures.
• Excellent guest communication and service orientation.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and hospitality passion.
• Allergen awareness and basic food safety knowledge.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare banquet venues and service stations according to event requirements.
• Provide professional food and beverage service during banquets, meetings, and weddings.
• Serve according to established service sequence and event needs.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, and event details.
• Keep tables, service areas, and equipment clean and well presented.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements.
• Assist with clearing, resetting, and closing banquet areas after events.
