Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts seeks highly energetic Banquet and Events Servers to deliver flawless food and beverage service during weddings, corporate meetings, and VIP gala dinners in Dubai. The role involves long shifts, meticulous setup, and coordinating with culinary teams to uphold five-star standards.

Offering a fixed monthly salary of 1,600–2,200 AED plus a share of the service charge pool, free uniform laundry, and access to staff cafeteria meals.

Qualifications

• Excellent body coordination and strong arms for carrying heavy trays.
• Maintain flawless personal hygiene, neatly tied hair, and perfectly ironed uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Polish hundreds of wine glasses and silverware to remove water spots.
• Serve multi-course hot meals to large tables of ten people, following five-star timing rules.
• Clear plates and napkins quickly without interrupting conversations.
• Assist the culinary team in setting up buffet stations, lighting warming chafers, and refilling dishes.
