Job summary

Raffles The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead exceptional events and uphold the luxury service standards. Reporting to the Assistant Director of F&B, you will drive flawless service from setup to breakdown and coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding and other departments.

You will coach the banquet team, manage safety and HACCP compliance, schedule staff, oversee budgets and P&L, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet floor operations for seamless setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding and other departments to maintain luxury service standards.
• Coach and lead the banquet team on floor operations, briefings, and grooming.
• Set and manage Banquets budget, forecast, and monthly P&L analysis.
• Develop and maintain training programs for banquet staff.
• Prepare weekly team schedules aligned with budgets and standards.
• Recruit and select banquet staff and oversee equipment maintenance.
