Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• Familiar with food and beverage terminology and operations.
• Knowledge of hygiene codes and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assess and review products to remain innovative and relevant.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Carry out service recovery in response to guest complaints.
• Ensure compliance with LQA standards.

Skills

Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with OPERA and MICROS platforms

Knowledge of Food and Beverage policies

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management
