Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Six Senses The Palm Dubai. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving departmental goals while ensuring compliance with the highest standards in service and quality.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in luxury hotel food and beverage operations, leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment focused on sustainability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in luxury hotel F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine service, menu development, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with strategic planning and departmental goals.
• Ensure restaurant operations meet Six Senses quality, wellness, and sustainability standards.
• Handle guest complaints through effective service recovery.
