Job summary

Six Senses The Palm Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department, delivering exceptional product and service within brand standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management experience in luxury hotels, fluent English, and a passion for guest satisfaction. The position includes managing budgets, staff development, and ensuring Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting within luxury hotels.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of designated food and beverage outlets and coordinate special events.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
• Focus and review regularly through my physical presence in my department, our rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
• Responsible for an exceptional guest experience service in the restaurant and handle service recovery when needed.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage outlets.
