Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver attentive, personalized service. You will lead by example, guide service associates, and act as a crucial bridge between management and floor staff to ensure a cohesive guest experience.

You will inspire the team, anticipate guest needs and uphold Rosewood standards of excellence, while maintaining cleanliness, knowledge of the menu, and seamless service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Passion for food, beverages and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring attentive, personalized service.
• Lead by example to maintain service excellence and support team performance.
• Act as a key link between management and service staff.
• Inspire the team, anticipate guest needs and maintain operational excellence.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns with service recovery.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, product knowledge and readiness throughout the outlet.
