Rosewood Abu Dhabi seeks an Executive Chef to lead the Culinary Division, overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, cost control, talent growth, and compliance across all dining touchpoints. You will drive innovation and guest satisfaction in a luxury environment.

You will implement strategic culinary plans, mentor a high‑performing team, and collaborate with F&B, sales, events, and marketing to elevate the hotel’s dining portfolio and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant culinary operations.
• Exceptional culinary expertise across multiple cuisines and large-scale banquet operations.
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving financial performance.
• Passion for innovation, guest experience, and creating distinctive culinary concepts.
• Strong business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations across outlets and events.
• Develop innovative menus, culinary concepts, and seasonal offerings.
• Drive financial performance through effective management of food costs, labor, inventory, and waste reduction.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Sales, Events, and Marketing to support business objectives.
• Monitor culinary trends and industry best practices to maintain a competitive portfolio.
• Champion operational excellence aligned with Rosewood's luxury brand standards.
