You will drive culinary excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial discipline with hands‑on leadership and strategic planning.

You will inspire a high‑performing team, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with F&B, Sales, Events, and Marketing to elevate the property's dining portfolio.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in luxury hotel, resort, or high‑end restaurant culinary operations.
• Proven ability to drive quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction in premium dining.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control capabilities in a large kitchen.
