Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking an experienced Captain Waiter to deliver exceptional luxury dining service in a high-end setting in the UAE. You will lead the service team, greet guests with discretion, and ensure every guest experiences personalized recommendations and seamless coordination with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in upscale establishments, strong knowledge of wine and beverages, and the ability to maintain the highest hospitality standards

Qualifications

Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism.
Build personal connections with guests while maintaining discretion and formality.
Anticipate guest preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Ensure guests receive attentive, seamless service throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Supervise and coordinate service team members; brief before each service.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and on-the-job training.
Lead by example with grooming, punctuality, and professionalism.
