Job summary

InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a confident F&B Captain to oversee daily service, guide the restaurant team, and deliver a seamless dining experience in a refined Mediterranean setting.

You will supervise service, lead Attendants, train staff, coordinate reservations, and ensure food and beverage presentation meets standards while maintaining exceptional guest relations.

Qualifications

• Experience as F&B Captain or supervisory role in luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant service and uphold service standards.
• Lead F&B Attendants and allocate duties effectively.
• Welcome guests and provide personalised dining experiences.
• Coordinate table allocation, reservations and service flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely service of food and beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and beverage selections.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback promptly.
• Conduct pre-service briefings on specials and VIPs.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and other departments.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper equipment across service areas.
