Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Manager, Corporate & MICE to acquire, develop and retain selected corporate, government, diplomatic, and MICE accounts. You will drive disciplined prospecting, account management and data-led business development to maximize revenue across rooms, meetings, events and F&B.

The role requires relationship-driven selling, market insight into Abu Dhabi and GCC, and collaboration with events, reservations, F&B, and other teams to deliver seamless luxury

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales and corporate account management.
• Strong MICE sales, business development and relationship-building.
• Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi UAE GCC markets and luxury hotel positioning.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Delphi.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, pursue, develop and retain corporate and MICE accounts.
• Conduct regular account reviews and strategy meetings.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and account plans aligned with client requirements and Rosewood Abu Dhabi's luxury positioning.
• Drive revenue growth across rooms, meetings and events.
• Coordinate with Events, F&B, Reservations and other teams for seamless delivery.
