Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Concierge Agent to welcome guests with exceptional hospitality and local insight.

You will handle guest requests, provide directions, and recommend experiences, coordinating with the Guest Service team to ensure a seamless stay.

A minimum of 1 year in a luxury brand, strong English skills (Arabic a plus), and strong communication are required; Opera PMS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of luxury-brand guest service experience.
• Proficient in English; Arabic language is a plus.
• Strong guest service, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions with high hospitality; resolve complaints; assist guests with hotel services, hours of operations, and directions.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and promptly.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Maintain desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions; establish contacts with vendors.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage and packages.
• Input special arrangements the guest has made and ensure proper billing.
• Assist with duties in Guest Service, Business Center, and lobby during heavy volume.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for in-room services (Internet, TV, games, Web).
• Support smooth handling of luggage, deliveries, and special requests.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

About the role

The Concierge Agent role reports to the Guest Service Manager and requires a high level of understanding and knowledge of UAE attractions, events, and experiences, as well as international destinations if required, combined with exceptional guest service skills and the ability to anticipate and fulfill diverse guest needs efficiently.

What you will do

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
• Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
• Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages.
• Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.
• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the Guest Service, Business Center, and lobby coverage.
• Provides basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV movies, games, and Web service.
• Works closely with Guest Service team to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Guest Service Manager, Guest Experience Manager, Assistant Director of Rooms and Hotel Manager.

What you bring

• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing); Arabic language is a plus
• Strong Guest Service and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to make recommendations and provide accurate directions and arrangements
• Basic knowledge of Opera PMS or other hotel management systems
