Raffles Hotels & Resorts in Dubai is seeking an experienced Club Operations and Experience Manager to lead the Raffles Club day-to-day operations and drive service excellence across breakfast, afternoon tea and aperitivo. You will collaborate with Rooms, Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to create personalised guest journeys while building engaged, high-performing teams.

The role requires a degree in hospitality or hotel management, at least five years in hospitality with three in management,

Formación

• Degree in hospitality or hotel management required.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and performance monitoring experience.
• Fluent in English; additional language is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Raffles Club operations during service hours with personalized, discreet service.
• Set and maintain high service standards across all Club touchpoints.
• Coordinate menus, presentation and service with F&B and Culinary teams for breakfast, afternoon tea and aperitivo.
• Engage with guests, capture preferences and respond to special requests.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee inventory, costs and budgets for the Club; manage expenditures within approved limits.
