Job summary

RAFFLES is seeking an Operations and Experience Manager for Raffles Club in Dubai to lead day-to-day operations and ongoing development of the club's offerings, including breakfast, afternoon tea and aperitivo. You will work with Rooms, F&B and Culinary teams to ensure thoughtful, personal guest journeys while maintaining engaged teams and commercial performance.

You will set service standards, shape distinctive guest experiences, manage budgets, monitor costs, and drive continuous service

Qualifications

• Degree in tourism, hospitality or hotel management.
• Five years of relevant experience, including at least three in a management role.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and monitor performance.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Club during operating hours, delivering warm, discreet service.
• Set and maintain standards across all Club touchpoints and offerings.
• Coordinate breakfast, afternoon tea and aperitivo with F&B and Culinary teams.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare duty rosters, budgets and cost controls within the department.
• Develop staff through coaching, training and performance appraisals.
