Job summary

Cartier in Dubai is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver a seamless after-sales experience and act as the ambassador of the Maison. You will support clients throughout their service journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Cartier’s standards of excellence.

As a UAE National, you will gain hands-on experience within a global luxury environment, collaborating with experienced teams and engaging with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client service, luxury is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or French a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Comfort with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to clients
• Act as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries
• Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care
• Monitor service files and ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience
• Contribute to client satisfaction and after-sales performance
