Cartier Dubai Boutique is seeking a Client Service Associate to act as an ambassador for the Maison. You will advise clients, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction while upholding Cartier after-sales standards and brand experience.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, fluency in service language, and proficiency with MS Office. You will collaborate with the workshop and management to deliver exceptional service in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Available to work on a temporary contract

• Upholds Cartier Client Experience with luxury service requirements
• Welcomes each client with personal interaction
• Explains service options and communicates with workshop
• Monitors CS files and maintains related documents
• Stock follow-up and inventory management
