Job summary

Cartier in Dubai is seeking a Part-time Client Service Associate to deliver an exceptional after-sales experience for clients. You will act as the main point of contact for service inquiries, guiding clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care, while monitoring files and ensuring timely follow-up with the client and the boutique.

The role requires strong communication, fluent English, and a passion for luxury jewelry and watches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client service (luxury is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries.
• Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care.
