Burberry Dubai Mall is seeking a Client Advisor to build lasting relationships with clients, delivering a personalised luxury experience that reflects the brand’s craftsmanship and heritage. You will be the main ambassador, combining client engagement with commercial awareness to drive sales and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury or premium retail, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. Additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Experience in luxury or premium retail or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Commercially aware with sales/objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, creating a personalised and elevated shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through expert product knowledge, styling advice and client engagement.
• Cultivate a loyal client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship building.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Burberry products, collections and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with the wider store team to deliver operational excellence and maintain luxury retail standards.
• Contribute to an inclusive and welcoming store environment that reflects Burberry’s values and commitment to service excellence.
