Burberry in Dubai Mall seeks a Client Advisor to build lasting client relationships and deliver a personalised luxury experience that reflects Burberry’s craftsmanship, creativity and heritage. You will engage clients with expert product knowledge and contribute to driving sales while upholding the brand’s service standards.

The role requires passion for fashion and luxury, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including fluency in Arabic and English.

Formación

• Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a diverse client base.
• Passion for fashion, luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Commercially aware with confidence in achieving sales and service objectives.
• Arabic/English language proficiency; additional languages such as Russian or Mandarin are advantageous.
• UAE National candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, creating a personalised and elevated shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through expert product knowledge, styling advice and client engagement.
• Cultivate a loyal client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship building.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Burberry products, collections and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with the wider store team to deliver operational excellence and maintain luxury retail standards.
• Contribute to an inclusive and welcoming store environment that reflects Burberry’s values and commitment to service excellence.
