Atlantis, The Palm invites applications for an Agent, Call Center – Operator to handle calls, emails and other channels from in-house or external guests, processing reservations, inquiries, feedback and complaints with a focus on exemplary service.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in a contact center or customer service role, be fluent in English, and comfortable using Opera systems. Multilingual support (Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a contact center or strong customer service background.
• Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is essential; multilingual capabilities are highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Handle calls, emails and other channels from guests and colleagues.
• Process reservation requests for hotel products and services; address feedback and complaints.
• Maintain courtesy, personalization and quality service aligned with company standards.
