Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai is seeking an Agent, Call Center – Operator to handle calls, emails and other channels from guests and colleagues, processing reservations and guest inquiries for hotel products and services with courtesy and high-quality service.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year in a contact center or customer service, strong communication and Computer literacy with Opera systems, and fluency in English; Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French are a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center or significant customer service experience.
Fluency in English is essential; other languages are preferred (Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French).
Computer literacy and Opera systems are imperative.

Responsibilities

Handle calls, emails and other channels from in-house or external guests and colleagues pertaining to inquiries, reservation requests for Hotel Products and Services, guest feedback and complaints.
Ensure courtesy, personalization, graciousness, and thoughtfulness in all forms of communication to attain guest satisfaction and business goals.
Process reservations and respond to guest inquiries with high-quality service.
