Job summary

Silversea in Dubai seeks an experienced luxury butler to deliver exceptional guest services aboard our ultra-luxury environments. You will manage VIP requests, ensure brand-standard arrivals, and coach a diverse Butler team to maintain flawless service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in luxury hospitality, shipboard experience preferred, and fluent English; additional languages are highly valued. Certification from The International Butler Academy is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Butler/guest-facing experience in luxury settings.
• Professional luxury service certification is an advantage.
• Previous shipboard experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent fluent English; multilingual abilities are assets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional butler services to guests.
• Fulfill guest orders, requests, and inquiries promptly.
• Conduct embarkation inspections of VIP suites.
• Ensure in-suite arrival procedures meet brand standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the Butler Team to achieve high performance.
• Mentor the Senior Butler for managerial responsibilities.
