Jumeirah Group is looking for a Senior Butler for its iconic Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you'll provide high-touch service to guests, including room escorting, luggage handling, and responding to guest requests, ensuring operational standards are flawless.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international luxury hospitality.
• Previous experience in butler services or front office operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service, guest protocols, and hotel processes.
• Professional appearance, proactive mindset, and guest-focused service approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms and outlets.
• Handle guest luggage and ensure safe baggage assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned suites.
• Respond to guest enquiries and arrange special requests.
• Anticipate guest needs, including those with special requirements.
• Take and process in-suite dining orders accurately.
• Handle guest registration and related administrative tasks.
• Set up tables or trays according to guest preferences.
• Ensure butler stations are fully stocked and operational.
• Run errands and support additional service tasks as required.
