Job summary

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is seeking a Door Person / Bell Person to deliver warm, personalised arrivals and departures for guests and residents. You will manage luggage, escort guests, and assist with transportation, ensuring a seamless, luxury experience throughout the stay.

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be part of a team that upholds InterContinental standards, presenting a polished appearance and proactive service at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality settings is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to manage luggage handling, escort guests, and assist with transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and residents with warmth and professionalism.
• Open doors and assist passengers entering/exiting vehicles.
• Escort guests to residences and provide facility information.
• Assist with luggage, deliveries, and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge to support guest arrivals and departures.
