Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest-focused bellman to assist guests with luggage and provide courteous directions throughout the hotel. You will help manage guest flow, respond to requests, and coordinate with front desk, concierge and housekeeping to ensure seamless service.

Which requires excellent English, a professional appearance, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury hotel setting in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for long periods.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling during arrival and departure.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them throughout the hotel.
• Coordinate guest flow to ensure smooth operations at peak times.
• Provide accurate information about hotel layout, services and amenities.
• Ensure guest safety by following protocols and responding to requests.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
