Job summary

Ennismore's Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi hotel is seeking a Bellman to assist guests with luggage, greet visitors warmly, and guide them throughout the property. You will coordinate guest flow, stay aware of services, and work closely with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.

The role requires strong customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling during arrival and departure.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the hotel, including lobby and parking areas.
• Coordinate guest flow to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to deliver coordinated service.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
• Support hotel operations with additional duties as assigned.
