Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly Bellman to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide visitors through the hotel lobby and facilities. You will work closely with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping to ensure smooth arrivals and departures in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English, a professional appearance, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Flexible shifts, strong multitasking, and attentiveness to guest needs are essential for delivering

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bellman or in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages a plus.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance with meticulous grooming and uniform standards.
• Knowledge of Dubai's attractions, dining scene, and local services.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
