Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest-focused bellman to assist guests with luggage and provide courteous directions throughout the hotel. You will help manage guest flow, respond to requests, and coordinate with front desk, concierge and housekeeping to ensure seamless service.

Which requires excellent English, a professional appearance, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury hotel setting in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas
• Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times
• Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests
• Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service
• Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations
