Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Retail Manager to maximise the Beauty Department's commercial performance and deliver exceptional Guest Experience. You will drive customer, partnership and people experience across luxury departments, leading by example and communicating the brand's values in all interactions.

You will manage makeup, skincare and fragrance action plans to hit sales targets, grow VIP clienteling and use data to build relationships and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within a Beauty Retail Store, with a specialization and passion in skincare, makeup and fragrances.
• Open to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and vision with customers, brand partners and stakeholders.
• Define, execute, and monitor the makeup, skincare and fragrance brands action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the client database to build strong relationships and create strategic selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of global and local trends and share feedback with stakeholders across buying, creative, partnerships and VM.
• Think hybrid by leveraging all types of point-of-sale online and offline.
• Provide a clear vision to the team about the brand and store's direction and future.
• Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents and build a succession pipeline.
• Create a positive work environment and be the voice of employees with leadership and HR.
• Develop an omnichannel mindset among the team across physical and digital touchpoints and VIP clienteling.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and leverage technology to support customer experience and stock/display standards.
• Maintain healthy floor coverage by analyzing traffic and peak hours.
• Comply with legal, safety, security, store operations and HR guidelines.
