Job summary

Chalhoub Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Beauty Portfolio Lead to oversee the Asian Beauty brands across the UAE, ensuring strong in-store execution, product availability, visibility, and adherence to brand standards.

You will lead a team of 10+ Beauty Advisors, coordinate with an external agency, manage stock and testers, and drive sales through close collaboration with store managers and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG, pharmacy, lifestyle, or related commercial environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with Store/Area Managers and key accounts.
• Hands-on, field-oriented retail operations and in-store execution knowledge.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to follow up on opportunities and deliver targets.
• Good Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders with a fast-paced portfolio.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance and execution of the Asian Beauty portfolio across the UAE.
• Spend significant time in stores to ensure product availability, visibility, and brand standards.
• Lead and support a team of 10+ Beauty Advisors, including recruitment and coordinating with external agency.
• Ensure stock/tester delivery, follow up on orders, POs, stock arrivals, and payments.
• Build relationships with Store/Area Managers and key accounts to drive distribution and sales.
• Follow up with accounts, identify opportunities, and push sales to targets.
• Ensure displays, planograms, and allocated space align with brand guidelines; negotiate with stores.
• Support activations, launches, and events; assess impact on sales.
• Work across diverse Asian Beauty brands including CNP, BANILA, and launches.
• Support new product launches with strong pipeline in Q4.
