Job summary

Chalhoub Group in the UAE leads the Asian Beauty portfolio across multiple stores, ensuring brand standards, product availability, and strong commercial execution. You will spend substantial time in-store, manage a growing team of Beauty Advisors, and coordinate with external agencies to deliver stock, testers and timely orders.

The role requires a hands-on, field‑oriented approach with deep retail operations knowledge and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG, pharmacy, lifestyle, or similar commercial environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers, and key accounts.
• Hands-on, field-oriented approach with a strong understanding of retail operations and in-store execution.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day performance and execution of the Asian Beauty portfolio across the UAE.
• Spend significant time in stores, ensuring strong execution, product availability, visibility, and brand standards.
• Lead and support a team of 10+ Beauty Advisors, including supporting recruitment and coordinating with the external BA agency.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of stock and testers, while following up on orders, POs, stock arrivals, and payments.
• Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers, and key account stakeholders to strengthen distribution and drive sales.
• Follow up with accounts, identify opportunities, and actively push sales to achieve agreed targets.
• Ensure displays, planograms, product placement, and allocated space are aligned with brand guidelines and negotiate with stores where required.
• Support activations, launches, and events, and assess their impact on sales and performance.
• Work across a diverse Asian Beauty portfolio, including CNP, BANILA, and upcoming launches.
• Support the successful execution of new product launches, with a strong pipeline of launches expected in Q4.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting, using data and analysis to track performance, identify opportunities, and support business decisions.
